7-day Atlas Sahara combined Tour

• Day 1: Marrakech – Tichka pass – Kalaat Mgouna – Boutghrar

Today, you start your amazing 7-day Atlas Sahara combined Tour with your guide and driver. As they pick you up from your place in Marrakech and drive you over the High Atlas Mountains to the Roses valley. After relaxing and having dinner with our trekking staff, you will then have a full idea about the trip itself. You will be getting to know your guide and the rest of our trekking team. overnight in a guesthouse.

• Day 2: Boutghrar – Gorge Agouti – Alemdoun – Amejgag

After breakfast, we leave the Gite in the village of Boutghrar walking along the valley. We will pass via many Berber villages like Znag, Elhout, and Agouti and meet the local people. Getting to the last village will be the entrance of the Gorge Agouti we will walkthrough. The canyon will lead us to Almdoun for lunch. After lunch, we cross the beautiful terraces of barley, Almand trees, and figs heading towards our destination, the village of Amejgag for the night in Gite. 6h of walk

• Day 3: Amejgag – Tamtda – Ighrm Aqdim – Ait Toumrt

We take a short look at the gorge of Amjgag, then we head towards the village of Tamtda. After that, we follow a small road to the pass and a small uphill to the best viewpoint of the trip for a lunch break. Panoramic view from the pass to the Ait Toumrt or the Oued M’goun. After lunch, we head down to the village of Ighrm Aqdim for the night in a guesthouse. 6h walking.

• Day 4: Ait Toumrt – Temgelouna – Dades valley – Tinghir Gorge

Shirt walk following the M’goun Valley to the village of Temgellouna. We then head east over the mountain range to get to the Dades Valley for lunch. Enjoy our last meal with our trekking cook and muleteers, then we get in our 4×4/minivan to explore the Dades valley. We continue our drive to the Toudra gorge or the famous Moroccan Grand Canion for the night in a beautiful hotel. 4h walk / 2h drive

• Day 5: Tinghir – Tinjdad – Erfoud – Merzouga

Explore the gorge and 30 minutes walk in the beautiful Oases of Toudra, we then head to Tinjdad. WE stop to explore an old Kssr and its a museum, after that, we enjoy our lunch in a local restaurant. After lunch, we continue our drive to the Erg Chebbi Sand Dunes in Merzouga. An amazing experience riding the camels through the dunes. get your cameras and take the best shot on your caravan and watch the sunset from one of the high dunes of the area.

• Day 6: Merzouga – Alnif – Nqoub – Draa valley – Ouarzazate

Today we watch the sunrise and enjoy breakfast in our desert camp. We then drive to the small town of Errissani, the birth of the Alouite Dynasty in Morocco. Shirt stop if you would like to pick up some of the best dates in Morocco. We continue our drive passing by some Berber nomadic towns to get to Nkoub for lunch. After that, we drive along the Draa valley and have a short walk to explore the old Kasbah of Tamnouggalt. Finally, we drive over the Anti Atlas mountains to get to Ouarzazate for the night in a Hotel.

• Day 7: Ouarzazate – Ait Benhaddou – Tichka pass – Marrakech

This morning, we have an optional activity, why not stop to explore the Atlas movie studio. It was used for many international movies including Game of Thrones, Kingdom of Heaven, Lawrence of Arabia… After that, we head to Ait Benhaddou for a walking tour to explore one of the old Kasbah in Morocco. Afternoon to drive back to Marrakech.
